Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes, we offer full delivery, setup, and teardown services across Metro Vancouver. Fees depend on location, timing, and the size of the setup. Dry hire (pickup from our warehouse) is also available for most items.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
All dry-hire rentals require a valid credit card on file and a security deposit. A rental agreement must be signed prior to pickup.
What happens if something breaks?
Our gear is tested thoroughly before dispatch. If an issue arises during your event, we provide 24/7 technical support by phone. Renters are responsible for physical damage or loss as outlined in the rental agreement.
